Divorce paperwork assistance

We type your Florida divorce forms from the answers you give us, organize the packet, and notarize your signatures at a mobile visit. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice.

We are not attorneys and this page is general information, not legal advice. We cannot tell you which form or document you need, what to put on it, or what it means legally. For legal help, see a Florida attorney or the court's self-help program.

What is it?

Divorce paperwork assistance means help with the paper side of a divorce you are handling yourself: typing the official court forms from the information you provide, putting the packet in order, and having your signatures notarized where a form calls for it.

You make every decision about what goes on the forms. We type exactly what you tell us. We do not suggest wording, choose forms for you, or review your answers for legal effect.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a law firm?

No. Suncoast Mobile Notary is a notary and document services business. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or represent you.

Can you tell me which divorce forms I need?

No. Choosing forms is a legal decision. The Florida Courts website and the Sarasota County Clerk list the official forms, and our divorce forms guide links to them.

Where do the papers get filed?

Divorce papers are filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Our resources page links to the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and the clerk pages that explain the steps.

What is the Disclosure from Nonlawyer?

Florida requires a nonlawyer who helps prepare certain family forms to give the person a written disclosure. It is Form 12.900(a), and it is included with our divorce and family court paperwork service.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is on our Document Preparation Service page. Your final price is confirmed before we begin.

Can I do this myself for free?

Yes. The official forms are free from the court. Our Form Library and Form Helper are there if you prefer to fill them out on your own.
