What we collect
- Email signup. If you sign up on the free-forms page, we get your email address.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and payment confirmation. We never see your full card number.
- Document uploads. If you use the secure upload form for a notary appointment, we receive the files and contact details you send. These may include IDs and signed documents.
- Site visits. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are used and which form links are clicked.
The Form Helper
The PDF you choose and the answers you enter stay in your browser. We never receive them. If you use the Speak button, your browser may send your voice to its maker to turn it into text; that is controlled by your browser. You can type instead. The free form filler works the same way. The blank form is fetched from its official source through our server, which keeps nothing, and your answers stay in your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to send the form list you asked for, deliver your packet code, prepare for and carry out your notary appointment, answer questions, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
We use Stripe (payments), Formspree (email signup), Cloudflare (private storage for document uploads), and Google Analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with other businesses for their marketing.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded documents are deleted within 30 days after your appointment unless we are required to keep them.
- Notary records are kept as Florida law requires.
- Email signups are kept until you ask us to remove you.
Your choices
Email orders@sunnysignings.us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Where the law requires us to keep it, we will tell you why.
Children
These pages are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
