Packets
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used your packet code in the Form Helper. Email orders@sunnysignings.us with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Once a code has been used to open the Form Helper, the packet is delivered and is not refundable. If the Form Helper does not work with your PDF, tell us and we will try to help or refund you.
Notary appointments
Appointment fees are quoted before you book. If you cancel or reschedule, tell us as soon as you can. If we have already traveled to you, the travel portion of the fee may still apply. Fees for notarial acts already performed are not refundable.
What a refund does not cover
We cannot refund fees charged by courts, agencies, or other services, such as filing fees.
