Filing online

Florida courts accept filings online through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. People representing themselves can register and file there. E-filing available: $35 per filing plus the court's filing fee. We e-file your completed, signed documents. The prices below include both the court's filing fee and our $35 e-filing service. We do not prepare or review documents or give legal advice, and the clerk decides whether to accept a filing. Check each form for its own signing and notary instructions. Need a notary? Book a visit.
