How buying a packet works

- Get your access codeAfter you pay, you receive an access code for the Form Helper. Enter it on the Form Helper page, add your form, and download the finished PDF.
What a packet includes
The Form Helper reads the fields in the official PDF you give it, asks for your answer to each one in turn, lets you speak instead of type, formats dates and phone numbers, shows what the form's own instructions say about a field when you paste them in, and builds the finished PDF. Your answers are always your own words. After you buy, you receive an access code for the Form Helper.
What a packet does not include
No legal advice, no help choosing a form, no suggestions for what to write, and no review of whether your form is legally sufficient. If you need those, a Florida attorney or the court's Self-Help program can help, and your packet still works for the typing and printing.
Notary appointments
Many forms must be signed in front of a notary. Leave the signature lines blank and book when you are ready.
