How much does a mobile notary visit cost?
A mobile visit is $85 in any county we serve. It covers notarizing one packet or two individual documents, plus $10 for each additional notarization. Rush service carries additional fees, quoted individually.
Which counties do you serve?
Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties in Southwest Florida.
What do I need to have ready for a notary visit?
Every signer needs a valid government-issued photo ID and must be present. Please do not sign your documents before the notary arrives.
Do you handle loan signings and closings?
Yes. We act as a mobile closing and loan signing agent for purchase closings, refinances, HELOCs and equity lines, reverse mortgage signings, and powers of attorney and affidavits.
Can you give legal advice or tell me which form to use?
No. A notary cannot give legal advice or choose forms for you. For legal questions, please speak with a Florida attorney.
