Home › Services › Court Filing Assistance
We are not attorneys and this page is general information, not legal advice. We cannot tell you which form or document you need, what to put on it, or what it means legally. For legal help, see a Florida attorney or the court's self-help program.
What is it?
People who represent themselves in Florida courts still have to get their paperwork typed, signed, notarized, copied, and in order. That paper side is what we help with.
You decide what the forms say. The official court and clerk pages explain where and how to file, and we link to them so you can see the requirements from the source.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I file my papers?
Court papers are filed with the Clerk of Court. The Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and your clerk's office have the filing instructions, and our resources page links to them.
Which court documents can you help with?
We type standard forms such as LLC formation papers, a name change petition, and divorce and family court forms from your answers. Call first so we can confirm your document qualifies. See Document Preparation Service.
Can you tell me which form to use?
No. Choosing a form is a legal decision. The court's official forms index lists forms by topic.
Is there a charge for notarization?
The notary visit is priced separately from document typing. Your final price is confirmed before we begin.
Do you work with attorneys?
Yes. Attorneys and their staff can book us for client signings in our service area.
